I work in the space between software, people, and the information needed to know whether something works as intended. Quality starts well before release: understanding what should happen, where it can change, and how we can verify it.

My work includes hands-on testing, test planning, automation, documentation, and building reusable knowledge that makes the next problem easier to investigate.
